1. Below are the responsibilities for Motion and content editor 
2. Edit raw video content into engaging short and long-form videos (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, etc.), including cuts, transitions, captions, and basic sound design.​
3. Add motion graphics, text animations, and special effects to explain finance/stock market concepts in a simple, visual way.​
4. Design and edit thumbnails, posts, stories, and other static or carousel creatives for social media.​
5. Upload and schedule content on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring consistent brand presence.​
6. Assist in maintaining content calendars, tracking basic performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on trends.​
7. Support coordination activities such as following up with freelancers, college partners, or internal team members for content-related tasks.​
8. Handle any additional content or admin support work related to ongoing campaigns and course launches.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, CapCut, or similar). and audio editing tools like Audacity.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools for social media graphics and thumbnails.​
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and timing; interest in motion graphics and reels-style content.​
• Bonus (Good to have — but not mandatory): Interest in stock markets, trading, or finance education (or willingness to learn these concepts while creating content).
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage deadlines, and coordinate with the founder/team.​
